For most employees, discovering and giving due appreciation and recognition towards their special abilities and skills is very much rewarding. Some companies would give the due commendations, promotions or even benefits that come in the form of bonuses and gifts for such accomplishments.

However, such skills go beyond merely recognition from any organization. News of talented employees is sure to reach other companies, usually the competitors and this is where bargaining wars begin. Now an employee will have options, a choice between corporate loyalty and moving on towards greener pastures.

Flattering as it may seem, the decision is not that easy. For one, the unseen expectations and hidden clichés in the contract need to be properly listed down. Biting the bullet for a better paying job with a wider area of scope is no easy transition and it would be best to thoroughly read such contracts prior to signing on the dotted line!
