Taking small breaks allows your body to recharge in short spurts as well as give your mind a break when it’s on overdrive.

Consider spending your breaks by going for a short walk, going outside for some fresh air, or having a drink like a coffee or tea.

Avoid Social Media

When you work in an office setting it can become easy to turn on your computer and navigate casually between work and websites like Facebook and Instagram. Although they might be short spurts, it breaks your concentration and added up throughout the day these short breaks ultimately end up eating quite a bit of time.

Consider keeping your phone in a drawer or committing to yourself that you won’t check social media at all while on the clock. You’ll find that you have an enormous increase in productivity by making this rule alone.

Be A Team Player

Sometimes the best way to get things done quickly is working as a team. When you have a lone wolf attitude then you can tend to work much slower and ultimately miss out on potentially great ideas from your colleagues. Always keep your mind open for working as a team and you will get jobs done much faster.
