The Holy Week is here, and well, just like all local folks, I am a bit lazy to go to work, dragging my feet to the office for the next three days. While I am looking forward to enjoying a 4 day break due to the Lenten season, I am also wary of the fact that this will significantly affect my sales projection for the month. That is why this early, I have decided to make the most out of the remaining three days of work. Actually, it is just 2 days since come Wednesday, most of the people would be lining up at the bus terminals and domestic airports to fly to their respective provinces.

I called a meeting today to meet up with them. I will be having another sales person join the group and I just thought of a little open forum with them to cite some things with regards to their performance. I just showed them the performance for the first quarter and while they were able to attain the projections I made for the first quarter of the year, I also emphasized that with the additional manpower; there would be no more excuse of performing better for the succeeding months.

I also gathered some views on how to be able to reconstruct the pricing since the pricing schemes are very awkward and confusing. Our Chin Chin Aloe Vera Juice with Honey flavoring was cheaper and we have the luxury of adjusting the price. Our current price of P 35.00 is way below the offered market price by other consumers which goes as high as P56.00. Since we can still adjust the price, I decided to adjust the scheme to take effect on May of this year. This way we can start getting back from losses that our old products had due to improper pricing techniques.
