I’ve always believed that you should love the business you are in so much that when you have reached retirement age you want to keep right on working. Obviously, Jack Weil believes the same thing:

At 105 years old, Western wear maker Jack Weil may be the oldest CEO in America, but he’s making new fans daily from cowboys to Hollywood.

Of course, no matter how much you enjoy what you do, you need to be sure there is a market out there for your product or service. Mr. Weil didn’t have a problem with this:

Pausing from work, his grandfather mused that he struck it rich by picking a business that everyone could love.

“I guess I was just lucky that every kid wants to be a cowboy,” he said.
