		<description>So true. Many do not realize the potential of their blogs as a way of really getting in touch with their customers. Hard selling is what most still have in mind. In today&#039;s world hard sell is just not the effective way anymore. Now Marketing is all about the customer and you won&#039;t learn anything about them if you can&#039;t listen. Great post!</description>
